Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@Geovanie.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
